I went to CVS yesterday to use my $5 off $30 purchase coupon I received in my email. I had my trip planned out thinking I had $10 in ECB's. I got a little mad when I realized I only had $4 in ECB's, so I didn't save as much as I had planned.

My first transaction:
Colgate $2.99
Used $1 coupon
Total out of pocket $2.13
Got back $2 in ECB's
My second transaction:
2 Dove body wash $5.49 each
Used 2 $1.25 coupons
Used $2 & $4 ECB's
Total out of pocket $2.65
Got back $10.98 in ECB's
Third transaction:
2 Huggies $10 each
Used 2 $2 coupons
2 Hellmann's Buy one get one free $2.99 each
Used 2 50¢ coupons
3 Skippy 3 for $5
Used 3 50¢ coupons
2 Pantene hairsprays on clearance $1.25 each
Used $1 off 2 coupon
Used $5 off $30 coupon
Used $10.98 ECB's
Total out of pocket $10.59
Got back $5 ECB's for Huggies
Got back $3 ECB's for Skippy & Hellmann's
Although my plans changed a little, I was still happy with paying only $15.37 for all 3 transactions. Plus I have another $8 in ECB's.
