Chicken Tacos

Here's a simple, yummy meal idea for using up some of my frozen chicken breasts. It's so easy. Just throw 3 or 4 chicken breasts into a slow cooker. Mix 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning (I make my own) into 1 cup of chicken broth (or water if you don't have broth). Pour over chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When it's done, shred with a fork and it's ready for tacos or nachos or enchiladas. We've made them all. I can't wait until dinner!
