Chicken Enchiladas

The night after we ate chicken tacos, we used the leftover chicken to make enchiladas. It was a great way to use up the rest of the chicken and have something different at the same time. Just for the record, Hubs made these enchiladas. Mine would not look this good. I'm more about the taste than the presentation, but he really makes food look good.

Chicken and shredded cheese in corn tortillas.
Green sauce on top.
Shredded cheese on top of the green sauce.
Voila! Whole new meal!
