We have never tried Yo Baby products before I picked up my freebies the other day. I got the 3 in 1 Meals which is yogurt+fruit+veggies with puree on the bottom. My 21 month old is eating the Apple & Sweet Potato for breakfast right now and can't get enough of it. He's even dipping his banana in it.This is another reason I love coupons. I never know if my family will like a product that we've never tried before. Being able to pick up a new item cheap or even free is a big bonus. If we don't like it, we're not out that much money. If we love it, we will definitely buy again.

I stopped by CVS to hopefully find the Huggies wipes refill packs that everyone online has been buzzing about that are ringing up at only $2.50. I didn't have very high hopes about finding them so I wasn't all that disappointed when I got to the store and found all the refill packs were gone. Oh well, someone got a great deal on them.
That didn't stop me from getting my own great deal. First, I scanned my card and got a $5 off $15 purchase coupon, a $2 Huggies wipes coupon and a couple other coupons I didn't use this trip. Here's what I bought and I was happy to end up with free wipes.

Chicken Enchiladas
The night after we ate chicken tacos, we used the leftover chicken to make enchiladas. It was a great way to use up the rest of the chicken and have something different at the same time. Just for the record, Hubs made these enchiladas. Mine would not look this good. I'm more about the taste than the presentation, but he really makes food look good.

Chicken Tacos
Here's a simple, yummy meal idea for using up some of my frozen chicken breasts. It's so easy. Just throw 3 or 4 chicken breasts into a slow cooker. Mix 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning (I make my own) into 1 cup of chicken broth (or water if you don't have broth). Pour over chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When it's done, shred with a fork and it's ready for tacos or nachos or enchiladas. We've made them all. I can't wait until dinner!

I told her I buy lots of papers and print a lot off the internet. Then the cashier, a guy no doubt, started telling her he gets his coupons from the paper and internet too. He was talking about his little coupon folder he uses to keep his organized. I pointed to my binder in my cart and said, "I keep all my coupons in here." The cashier said, "Oh, she's got a binder." The woman was impressed and I was impressed with the cashier. He's really good with coupons and I will definitely check out with him again. It's so much easier to use coupons when the cashier is coupon friendly.
