Chicken Dinner

Hubs and I ate the best cornbread at a fish house this weekend. I've made a few different cornbread recipes that we love, but never made one with jalapenos. I've said before how much I love Recipezaar and today the search was on.

While looking for cornbread, I found a new chicken recipe I wanted to try too. It's Baked Herbed Chicken Breasts and I just had to try Kicks Like a Mule Jalapeno Cornbread Muffins. With a name like that, it has to be good-and it was. I did make it my own way by adding more sugar (I like sweet cornbread) and adding more jalapenos. I also used regular milk. We loved the chicken and the cornbread. We also had baked potatoes and one of my many bags of Green Giant Steamers. Great cheap meal!
